- Misrepresentation of identity or providing false information during the pet adoption application or breeding inquiry process is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of services.
- Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts the website's functionality or interferes with our ability to provide grooming, boarding, or pet care services to the community.
3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our services and products are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. Sanumah Kennels disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the specific health or temperament of animals beyond the guarantees provided in writing at the time of adoption. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our grooming services, pet food products, or breeding consultations, except as required by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
